Educare

Suffering is part of growth. Change is painful, and our current educational system insulates each generation of the labor force through increasing incubation periods of continued education programs.

The educational system does not support innovation and/or entrepreneurship, and to the contrary penalizes nonconforming approaches to problem solving. The world beyond academia demands creative individual contributors capable of weathering uncertainty and volatility in solving real-world problems sometimes requiring improvised methods.

The unconventionality of industry does not correlate close enough with the dogmatic constructs erected by academia and therefore requires that we take a step back to see if we are educating leaders able and willing to push the boundaries of status quo or followers who fear the wake of a ripple of change.
